This works for dips, barbell squats, over head presses and the bench press. You can just use the upper barbell hooks you would use for squats to bench press if you have longer arms.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. This is great addition to my home gym. This actually make my home gym more complete. Makes it easier to got do squats, which is important. I also use a standard 1 inch barbell, so with this rack, I can adjust it and make the width shorter to accommodate that barbell length. The plate pegs on the back gives you a place to store more weights. you can fit standard 1 inch plates on them or 2 inch Olympic plates. The weight capacity is 500 pounds, so skies the limit. I honestly haven’t been back to the since they reopened, because I have everything I need. I have noticed that the price of this rack has gone up since I bought It. It cost more now. Maybe the demand for it is going up and the supply is getting low. Still a good buy at the current price. Buy it quick before we get locked in again and gyms have to close.

Excellent Find! As a personal trainer, I had been researching squat racks for over a month for my home gym when I found this one. What I like about it the most is that it is adjustable. I’m using a EZ curl bar to do squats and deadlifts with it and my EZ bar fits perfectly on it. It is sturdy and stable. Highly recommend!!!

I’m so glad I was not deterred by some of the 1-star reviews, the squat/bench rack is awesome. It is very sturdy, and the dip handles are close enough to perform proper dips (just wish there were paddings for the dip handles). A lot of the 1-star reviews mention the rack was a bit wobbly, but every adjustable rack will be wobbly, that’s just the nature of the beast. I’ve used adjustable racks before that were much more wobbly than this item, I would feel comfortable putting up to 250lbs on the top squat setting. The bench press catch bars are too low; however, my bench is about 22″ high so I can use the main bar holders when doing bench press (in fact I’ve moved the lower bar holders out of the way). Very study construction, and easy to put together. I had no issues with parts not fitting or holes not lining up or missing parts. I love the rack and glad I purchased it. 5-stars!!!
