Better than expected quality. This will work for me being easy to store away. I like that I can take it outside on nice days. Easy to move around when needed. It was easy for me to put together. Most of all wife friendly because I can store out of the way when needed. Ha happy so far

I bought it for bench pressing, and I wish it could go down a little bit lower, my hands are pretty much extended all of the way when I bench press, but it does the job. Maybe my bench is too low or something.For ~100 dollars, it’s fine.

The instructions are just a sheet with a diagram. Although not that hard to follow, it takes about 30 minutes for one person. One of the stands is a bit wobbly but usable. All parts were there; nothing was missing.

Works for the price & what I need it for. I was able to load 315lbs w/ no issues. I like the fact they are independent from each other. I can place my curl bar and or bench bar with no issues. its good for on the go, meaning, I have a squat right and I hive this, so I can perform multiple exercises w/ no issues.

Great setup. Like the benefit of not having connecting bar so they can be moved around easily for different setups. I use for for holding ez-curl bar for tricep extensions, spider curls, shoulder presses and hanging dumbbells off of straight bar with hooks and it works great. A little wobbly so maybe not great for squats but I don’t use it for that. Overall would definitely recommend, and it was not very difficult to assemble.
