This item is much cheaper than the other options out there, but it works just fine. The instructions and included hardware are what you would expect from the cheapest option. Great overall, 4 stars because of confusing instructions and cheap hardware.

Very happy with the product! For the money it is fantastic. The instructions are basically kindling, so use them to start a bbq and treat yourself to a steak dinner once you wrestle with exactly how to put it up. This way, they will at least be of some use. I didn’t use the flashing that came with it, it looked too thin, so I used 2x6s bolted to studs instead.

Good for the price, pretty sturdy, instructions are not very clear, but is just 15 parts and alot of screws. Some chipped on paint, but nothing major. Package arrived damaged, but is delivery company fault.
