This is a great entry level rack. It’s been great for being able to workout at home. It can withstand a large amount of force and weight. I have enjoyed being able to work out in the privacy of my own home. It is a solid rack. Assembly was also extremely easy. My husband and I put it together within an hour. It can certainly be done by one person alone, but for ease and quickness I recommend two. Detailed instructions are provided. The pieces go together seamlessly – sturdy and strong.

You can’t find a better rack for the price. I bought this because it was a little smaller rack. It just fits in my 7′ basement with a 3/4″ mat under it. The only con is the size of the posts. The are 3″x2″(2 3/4″x2″) making it harder to find attachments.
