Package was beat up when it was delivered, but it was all there. Assembly needed 2 people and a good socket set, but was easy enough. The rack is sturdy and works great.

As one reviewer mentioned, the box was pretty beat up but all the parts were there. It took about an hour to assemble the rack. It takes a 17mm socket head and 17mm wrench to tighten all the bolts and nuts. End product was very sturdy and easily adjusted for incline and decline bench presses.As for one reviewer who mentioned that the screwheads were not flush on the J-cups and Spotter Arms, those can be tightened down with a mm hex head driver so the heads are below surface level.
