I’m 6’ and 255lbs. This gear does the job as far as making you sweat. I strictly walked on the treadmill today @ 3.7mph for 65 minutes. I had sweat so bad it made my shorts I wore over top completely sweat covered. I can’t wait to try this in a sauna. FWIW, I ordered a 3x top and 4x bottom. The bottom portion comes down to middle of my knee so it tends to run long. Easily remedied by folding it up a touch. I would buy again if needed

they fit snug but that is ok that way I know when they are working is when they get loose.
