It fits a little snugly, but the suit functions as it should and it looks sharp – better than any other sauna suit I have owned, come to think of it. The hood is great. The suit is easy to clean and dries quickly when I hang it up (some take a long time). I bought another suit from a different company and it smelled so bad that I had to throw it out, even after several efforts to wash it. This one had the typical light rubber scent and it dissipated quickly after a single wash. So far, I think it is fair to say that I got my money’s worth. I would but it again and am considering buying another as I like to run in it and want a rotation.

I love it, I sweat much more than I would wearing my ordinary clothes. Though, you must hydrate. Listen to your body. I like to be comfy and bought it bigger so that I could stretch with no issue.

Used it a few times so far, both jacket and pants are insulated. Very thin, works fine and doesn’t take as much space as plastic ones. It does get stuck to sweaty skin so I put thin cotton shirt and leggings underneath to absorb sweat and keep comfort and mobility. Pricey but gets the job done. Also, it runs on a smaller side with size. Definitely go size up when in doubt.
