I’m going to begin my review by saying that the sizing was the biggest concern that I had on this item. I liked the concept of a tank top sweat vest for working out rather than the belt which I’ve used in the past. So on sizing…I normally wear a size small shirt. I am not large chested. I ordered a medium. After ordering, I realized that based on the size chart, I probably should have ordered a large or even XL, but it had already shipped so I hoped for the best. It is tight to put on but fits well when it’s on. It’s sleek and slimming. It’s not bulky at all. First day I wore it to work for 8 hours under my work clothes. I have a physical job with lots of bending and lifting. I wore it under my work clothes with a sports bra. The temperature at work was 65-70 degrees. I could feel dampness in the small of my back under the vest, but this all stayed inside the vest. The vest was not visible under my t-shirt.The shirt stayed nicely at my hip with no rolling up. I was wearing jeans. The straps didn’t move or slip. I truly like the fit and the comfort is spectacular!The lining is silver and it is inside the entire shirt- front, back and straps. I would definitely watch the sizing on the chart when ordering. As it should fit tightly, I would probably order a medium again. It is tight putting on and taking off, but it fits well when I’m wearing it.

This is my second one I have purchased I love it I use it for Zumba very sturdy. I’ve had my older one for about a year still in good condition. Had to get a new one since I go to Zumba three times a week is to be washed and can be put in the dryer

I really like this over my old one because you put this one on like a tank top. My old one zipped up the front then had two Velcro wings that crossed over the front. That made it very noticeable under clothes. This one you can’t tell is there. This one definitely makes me sweat too. I have it on under a hoodie sitting in my chair. I can feel the sweat on my lower back. It doesn’t pinch or anything when I sit. I usually wear this under my work clothes because I have a very physical job and this helps me sweat. I got a large. I’m 5’ 4 and 160 lbs. it fits good but I wish it was a tad tighter. Although I fear the medium would be too tight on me. It also gives my breasts a nice lift too!
