My wife used it a few times and the sauna shirt was ok, She particularly did not like how the shirt fits around her chest, making her breast uncomfortable. Did make her sweat more , but for a sauna shirt it should be more enclosed like a men’s shirt for maximum effect

I get the idea. It does make you sweat. It’s not completely uncomfortable. It’s made of decent material that is pretty thin and movable. I normally wear an XL and ordered that size but I think I could have gone up another size and still had it fit tight. My issue was the zipper. It zips fine and everything but it wouldn’t stay zipped. I think what it needs is a little clip at the top to keep it secure. Other than that it works fine.
