I got a x-small and I love it … I’m 5’ 9” and 149lbs. Getting it on is no problem but taking it off it’s possible but a little snug. My chest measurement is 35”

Get a size up, I’m 2xl and wearing it makes it feel like I’m wearing an xl. When you first get the item hand wash it and dry it in shade before trying it on. Will definitely make you sweat as advertised. Comfort, worth my money, a little strenchy but slim fit when wearing a size up.
