I’ve owned this belt for an entire year now, and I use it at least once a week. I’ve lost so much weight that it’s down to the last little bit of overlap before I can’t make it any tighter. I wanted to try one of the belts that have the contoured fit, but when I read the reviews for various brands I realized how amazing this Contraband belt is. My belt is still like new a year later! My Velcro has zero apparent wear on it. It holds just as tightly today as it did on its first day. It has never slipped or burst open while lifting. The belt itself has no wear patterns or cracks in it. It has no loose threads. It has no scuffs or seam gaps or, I mean, *any* indication that I’ve used it at least 60 times. And it doesn’t smell. I can’t think of any other issues I read about, but whatever they are, don’t worry about them, because this belt has none of them. I did really want a contoured fit because with my hips being so curvy, the belt would benefit from a wider panel in the back. But I guess I’m going to end up buying another Contraband in a smaller size. Which is great, because it’s an amazing price! And now I know it is also a very well made product!

These wrist wraps work perfectly for what I need. I have a weird nerve issue going on in my right wrist when I bend it, so I wear these for front squats. Once they’re on, I can still bend my wrist, but it feels supported and I don’t experience pinching/pain. I have super tiny wrists, so these go around my wrist several times, so they’d work for any size person. The materials are quality and the Velcro does not cause snagging/pilling on the cotton part.The thumb loop is a bit large, but I don’t find that it gets in the way.The only downside is that it is not easy to get the wraps the same tautness on the first go and usually takes some fiddling, but once they’re in place, they’re great! I ordered the medium weight.
