Yes, absolutely took most of the KB impact off of my wrist/forearm while I was learning to control the KB. Good product at an affordable price point. Only a 4 star review because they don’t “stay put” and require a little adjusting throughout my workouts.

These came today and fit perfectly. They did not slip around during my kettlebell workout and did the job of protecting my arms. Priced better than some competing products. The only thing I’d change would be to offer them in other colors.

Some difficulty getting the one-size over my large hands but once on they were perfect! Nice and lite weight and also worked as good wrist supports. They worked perfectly for handling the Kettlebells and served their main purpose of providing comfortable forearm pressure with no soreness or bruising after workouts. Simple excellent product!

I purchased these as a guard for doing a KB clean and press and also to provide protection for my Garmin watch. I flip the watch around (face on the inside of my wrist) and then put these on, works perfectly. I would probably not use these as just a C&P guard if I did not have the watch to protect, however, they do work well in providing protection during the C&P as the plastic inside of the band is very rigid but does not hinder any movement.
