Ms. Allie Howell –
I really like these braces! They provide really great support and are not super bulky around my thumb which is something I have had an issue with in the past. They are very adjustable based on how much support I need. Overall, I really like them!

The MODVEL Orthopedic Wrist Brace Wraps is a pair of wrist brace wraps for lifting weights. It wraps primarily around the wrist, and has velcro strap to secure it in place. The edges do a bit of digging into the skin if one starts to slightly flex their wrist from a challenging weight. The thumb loop does feel like it provides an additional anchor to squeeze a bit of extra power out of the thumb/palm muscles. Overall this is a decent pair of weight lifting wrist brace wraps.

It’s a little confusing trying to figure out how to get them on but once on, they provide good support for my wrists when lifting. I have small wrists which tend to injure easily especially when lifting heavy objects so these wrist bracelets were just what I needed. They are sturdy and keep my wrists supported when performing certain strenuous movements.

Wrist wraps work great. You need to try them in both directions to determine what works for you and provides the support level you need. Then you need to determine how tight to wrap them so that they’re not *too tight*. But after a couple of uses you’ll figure it out and these just work for their stated purpose.
