As door frame pull-up bars go, this one has a nice selection of places to grab onto while working out. It’s very solidly made, doesn’t mar my door frame, and feels very secure when used. My one and only gripe is with the bolts included for assembly. Two of the bolts were about 1/8″ shorter than the others, making them too short to thread the nut unless you opted to not use a lock washer (not recommended). I had to use a vice to very slightly deform the bar in 2 spots so the included screws would reach far enough through so I could put the lock washers on with the nuts.NOTE: They only include enough bolts to get the job done, they don’t put any extras, which is a shame. Had they tossed in a couple more maybe they would’ve been long enough to work and I wouldn’t have had to literally damage a brand-new product just to assemble it. Having said that, I would order this again, but next time if a bolt was too short I’d just send the whole pile of parts back and make them replace it until I get one that’s got all proper parts.

It’s probably gonna mess up your trim a little bit but I would say it’s minimal and can be expected…the foam attached to the paint of the trim and some paint peeled off but like I said that’s a very minor issue to me and I would highly recommend…it was easy to put together also and I love the different grip options…Great product
