Honesty it is a bit heavier than I thought, which is reasonable because the weight makes it very sturdy and stable. The quality is great. The assembly was easy, just follow the manual and use the attached tools step by step. It is all about bolts. I assemble all on my own, it took me more than 1 hour to complete it. I like the grip of the bar, when I do the pull-ups I feel I can grab it so tight. The arm pads give a good support for the belly crunch exercise. A good product for people like me who need to workout on abs and having pull-ups. Now, I can do my weight trainings at home instead of going to gym which is far away from my house. So excited having this huge workout equipment adding to my training setting.
