I bought to work on trapeze conditioning as a regular trapeze is too expensive. You cannot undo the links without power tools. I was hoping to undo the links and make it at 2point set up. So am using this as single point. I feel very secure doing beats and pull ups on this. Be aware the bar is thick, in case you don’t like that.
