I took a chance buying this cause I wanted a pull up bar to attach to my Fringe Sport squat rack for stability and pull ups. It fit perfectly and is very sturdy.

I purchased a Muscle D squat stand a while back. What it lacked was a pull up bar. It was difficult to find once since the two support beams only had holes face out and not additional on the sides. This pull up bar was exactly what I needed and seems to be the only one that fit my use case. Had to do some slight adjustments to make everything fit, but it worked out. With the pull up bar, and I can add additional work outs and attachments (rings and basic pulley). Shipped fast and is a solid bar all around. Would definitely recommend if it fits your rack.
