By no fault of the manufacturer, the box came damaged and some of the hardware was missing. The service could be a bit better in getting parts replaced, but all the parts were probably in the box when it shipped. The instructions were clear and assembly was straight forward. The number of exercises I can do is adaquate, especiallly for upper body. Lower body exercises are limited, but I knew this when I bought the bench. Overall I am happy with the product. The frame is thick-walled steel tubing and very sturdy. The bench has a good range of adjustability, although I mostly use it in the flat configuration. I would recommend this bench, very solid for the price. One thing to note, I had to use a 1.5 inch piece of aluminum tubing as a spacer on each side (see picture) to push the weights out past the upright rest. You could use without the spacer, but if the weights slide toward the center when you’re lifting, you may have difficulty replacing the bar back on the rest. I have 2 different bars, and they both needed the spacers. Aluminum or other means of pushing the weights out is all it takes. I’ts no big deal, but worth mentioning.

My huby already had a flat bench, but he use to miss the leg extention and peacher curl execrise, plus not able to do the positioning for the bench presh, When i saw this product throught o give this all-in-one weight bench and he is very happy with the feature and good cushioning, it is sturdy and well balanced. Its took sometime to set it up but it was not too bad, as setup instruction is good. He is enjoying it and thanked me mutliple time.Good product for home gym at the price. It is looking good, nice padding and well balanced. Hubby is happy so i’m happy too.
