I’m a big guy (6′ 6, 240lbs) and this thing has held up so far. I was a little concerned when it first arrived that it might be to flimsy, but I’ve been using it sort of regularly (stop judging me), and it’s been fine. The foam covers slip off the handles pretty easily, but that’s to be expected I think. If it has a down side, other than that it mocks me when I walk by and don’t immediately climb on for a gut-wrenching (literally) set of abdominal torture, is that the bars don’t adjust to accommodate a person over about 6’2″ or so. However at 6′ 6″ I can make it work, just not very comfortably.Edit/update: I see a lot of reviews complaining that it’s too small and doesn’t work for people over 5’7″-ish. If that’s you: you’re doing it wrong. Return this item, go to a gym, hire a trainer, have them teach you how to use a decline bench for crunches. Then, get back on here, re-order this bench, be amazed at how well it works, feel ashamed of your previous review.
