I needed motivation to start doing ab workouts again and this bench has done that for me. It provides a great workout for my abs by locking in my feet and allowing me to slow down and really target my core with the incline. Crunches on the floor bother my lower back but this somehow relieves the strain. Whether it’s the padded back support or just the position I’m in, I feel like I can comfortably do more and more is important when it comes to strengthening my core. I now actually enjoy doing ab training after every workout and am feeling a lot stronger for it already. I use this bench some for upper body strength with weights too. The knee rest can be set in one of 3 positions and the anchor for the feet can be fixed or lightly movable. The foot anchor has a pin to lock it but is also held secure by tension if you want a bit of movement. I actually prefer when it moves a bit, I think that helps relieve back strain. This is working out fantastic for me!
