Didn’t want to return this bench to fix a problem with it but Amazon chat informed me that I would not be sent a replacement part. So, UPS will pick up this copy on Monday and I will receive a replacement bench instead. OK with me but seems like such a waste. The piece at the front of the bench made of metal box beam that came preassembled to the main frame (this bench is shipped about 90% preassembled, which is nice) is bent and twisted at one end. This is the foot (“shelf” in the manual) that rests on the floor along with its sister with wheels at the other end of the bench. It is so misshapen that the end cap won’t fit over and, of course, it doesn’t make full contact with the floor making the whole thing unstable. Other than that, I really like this bench and would keep it if I could just get a replacement for that one part. The design is to my liking. Changing the angle of the backrest is quick and easy; there is no big gap between the seat and the backrest; the padding is thick and firm: the cover looks durable; the overall build quality looks hefty and solid. But for that one part I’d be using it today. Keeping my fingers crossed that there will be no problems with the replacement.

Well packaged and it even came with two REAL wrenches for assembly. It went together pretty quick, but take time to read the instructions to avoid damaging anything in assembly. Pretty full featured with wheels and handles and an extendable support arm for flat bench. You can even play around with Nordics! Just flip the leg holder upside down. It feels pretty sturdy and perhaps most important the height is good ( a lot of adjustable benches are too high for people of average height and will leave you unbalanced with your feet dangling). I expect I’d have to pay at least double the price to get anything nicer than this bench. It’s completely stable for me and gives me room to grow from body weight work (for now), to dumbbells (after I save up a little) all the way to power rack (some day).

So I searched for a bench in my price range that would hold atleast 1000lbs. This one didn’t have any reviews and for the price was kind of worried looking at similar benches in that category reaching well over 300 dollars. So I decided worst I can do is ship it back. Well turns out this bench is a beast of a bench. Fully adjustable seat and back. Sturdy. Took maybe 5 minutes to set up alot of it was already put together and all the bolts were pre installed to where you just had to take the nuts and washers off and install the piece. Comfortable. I’d say take the leap I was able to get it for 179.99. Definitely hitting above the price point. No obnoxious logos. It does have a logo but it’s just a simple design at the top of the head rest. Solid lock up as well. Came with wrenches but just used one and a socket wrench to make it quicker. If you’re looking for a solid bench that won’t break the bank. This one is a good choice.

Initial thoughts are that the bench is excellent and very sturdy.Shipping was fast, boxed came slightly damaged but that is a carrier issue not company issue.Instructions were to the point, bench came about 90% pre-assemble, just needed to add on base and leg extension rollers up-front. Came with 2 open end wrenches. Each with 14mm and 17mm sides.Bench is very easy to move around and adjust.The only con for this product is that you cannot change the angle of the leg foam extension. I wish you could extend it some how, I am 6’0 tall and weigh 250lbs, and it is difficult for me to use the decline feature of the bench because I can’t secure my legs in the foam rest.All in all, bench is wide and very supportive, the padding is very firm which is nice and I don’t feel the gap between the bench seat and the back rest. I would definitely recommend this bench to anyone.
