Great bench for home gym addition! I have limited space so the foldability allows me to store it away effectively. The assembly was simple and the size is great for someone of petite stature. It’s a very sturdy bench allowing me to do step ups and other similar exercises. Overall great quality for the price point.

Love this bench. Comfortable, multiple heights.My only complaint is the in the high position, it is a little top heavy. I solve the problem by putting dumbbells on the feet. Only problem then is when I needs the weights I’m using to stabilize the bench.I would buy it again and recommend.

Great workout bench. Very sturdy, long (to support your head: previously I was using a piano bench, which couldn’t do that), and easy to assemble (I found it easy to assemble alone, taking just a few minutes, even though the booklet said that at least two people were needed). It was packaged well. It’s also easy to adjust, using the spring bolts, and the bolts are also threaded, so you can lock them in place for maximum safety. The seat can easily be collapsed for storage, and it’s also easy to adjust the seat height.Note that it is possible to attach the legs to the wrong ends, which will result in their feet meeting the floor at an angle, but it’s easy to swap them (the instructions did not point out that each foot must be attached to a specific end).
