Product arrived packaged well with no scratches, I think for the price point it’s a good choice compared to competitors with similar prices. Assembly was simple and it comes 75% assembled already. Took maybe 15 minutes to inbox and have assembled with simple instructions. My only complaint would be there is a little bit of play from side to side if you wiggle the pads. Doesn’t really move when you are doing exercises though so not a big issue imo.

Great bench, the only thing that I wish were better is the back rest should be wider, if it didn’t narrow it’d be perfect.

Ok, I received the equipment and it looks really great, but it came defective, with the main hinge soldered a little bit unleveled, causing the back of the sit to tilt to the right. It was obviously a factory issue, which the seller probably wasn’t even aware of. I was frustrated at first and contacted the seller, so I could return the equipment and asked for instructions on how to proceed. Well, the seller said that I don’t need to return it at all and that they are issuing a full refund for the trouble caused, together with an apology for what had occurred. In this day and time you don’t see that very often. An honorable seller that stands by their promise to do things right. For this reason I am giving them a 5 stars and will definitely buy from them again in the future!

I shopped around a lot online before deciding to go with this bench. It is definitely made at the same factory as the Major Lutie bench that is selling gor $299 on Amazon. I first ordered this one from Amazon but decided to visit the Toughfit website. I ended up finding it a lot cheaper directly from them. $138 shipped to my door. That was with tax and everything. So I quickly canceled my Amazon order before it could ship. I am very impressed with this bench. It has nice chrome pieces that have the angle numbers laser cut out of them. The Major Lutie does’nt even have those. The back pad is not rectangular like the picture its the same shape as the Major Lutie one. Setup was like 10 or 15 minutes. It was all assembled except for the rear leg and the two pads. Its got some weight to it and feels very solid. I cant believe I got this so cheap. From the looks of it, it will provided years of problem free use. It says light commercial use on it which really means “solid home gym use”. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Overall I love the bench. It is well made. I have purchased two different benches before this one and they both dont have the weight as this one. The only thing I don’t like is that the company sent me a different upper pad than the picture. It looks more like the pad off the cheaper one. I would give it a 8-9 out of 10. Of all benches I have ever used. It’s a 10 out of all home benches I’ve used. Very well built and good price for what you get.
