This workout set up has, overall, been a good investment for our family who is fairly new to weightlifting.Things we’ve liked:1. versatility of available exercises in 1 set up – this allows for space to be saved2. stability of the squat rack3. various adjustments for the squat rack, preacher pad, and bench incline4. cost was appropriate for a beginner set upSome issues we’ve had with the bench:1. The bench is not as cushioned as other higher quality products, but we’ve made a work around for that in the event we need more cushion (such as when using the bench for hip thrusts we need more cushion on the edges – we just use a yoga mat over the bench to help).2. the leg curl works fine enough, but with how narrow the bench is and the lack of cushioning this exercise is rather uncomfortable – this could be dependent on your body size, lifting weight, etc3. As someone on the short end (5’2″) I am not able to reach the floor flat footed when laying on the bench – I’ve had to make adjustments to be able to do lifts properly and position feet in a stable manner
