I was impressed with this product from the very beginning. The instructions were clear, there was a tool kit included, with each “step” of building being separated into its own bundle/bag to easily find pieces. My 4 year old helped me assemble, thats how easy they made it. It articulates easily and feels sturdy while also being lightweight. I am excited to add this to our home gym area.

This ANCHEER weight bench appears to be a solid piece of equipment for a home gym. The fact that it’s described as sturdy is a significant plus, as stability is crucial when doing any kind of weight training. I also appreciate that it’s adjustable, offering incline, decline, and flat positions. This versatility will allow for a good range of exercises to target different muscle groups for a full-body workout. The foldable design is also a smart feature, especially for those of us living in apartments where space can be at a premium. Being able to fold it up and store it when not in use is a definite advantage.Pros:- Very sturdy construction- Adjustable for incline, decline, and flat positions- Foldable for easy storage- Suitable for a full-body workoutCons:- None noted so farOverall, this seems like a well-designed and robust workout bench. The adjustability and foldable feature make it particularly appealing for a home gym setup where versatility and space-saving are important. If it lives up to its description of being sturdy during workouts, it should be a great addition to any strength training routine.

This adjustable weight bench is well designed and easy to put together. All hardware came in its own pouch, individually bagged for each step. Nice design, lightweight but sturdy. Narrow and fits well with my small power cage. Adjustable to almost upright to decline. Actually has a pin system to fold up. Still a little tall for me at 5’5 but better than my other one. Appreciate the thoughtful packaging after putting together other weight equipment with nuts and bolts thrown into a box not labeled and box ripped apart after shipping. Great bench!

Very well made adjustable workout bench. Bench feels stable even while using heavy dumbbells. The padding provides a comfortable platform to exercise on.

This bench is my new favorite thing. My husband and I are in the process of putting together a home gym. We’re still trying to figure out where to put everything, due to living in an apartment, but we use this bench every day now. You do have to assemble it yourself (like a piece of IKEA furniture), but they provide the tools, instructions, and bag everything in steps, so it’s pretty easy to figure out if you’ve ever done this kind of assembly before. Seriously, bagging everything in steps is an assembly game changer. This bench has a sturdy metal frame. I will say that you do have to scoot forward pretty far when locking your ankles under the pads when doing inverted sit ups, but it’s just something to get used to. The cushions are comfortable. All the different adjustable settings make it versatile, which is important because my husband and I need it for different types of workouts. We are getting tons of use out of this thing already.

Easy to assemble and easy to use. This is a good workout bench for moderate weight workouts. This is not necessarily the best for people that lift super heavy weights. It is very comfortable and easy to adjust height when I want to do different exercise. It is really easy to just store away after I’m done using. The quality of the bench itself is really good compared to other brands. I definitely like the feel of the support.

This ANCHEER Adjustable Weight Bench looks like every other one you see on Amazon or Walmart, but it’s one of the better options. Three things stand out: Easy assembly with numbered parts bags for each step, the gap between the seat and backrest is much smaller than others I’ve tried, and remove 3 pins and fold in half for storage. In quality, it’s probably about the same as these other similar brands so the easy-assembly really sold me on this. If you’ve assembled IKEA furniture then you can assemble this thing. In actual usage, I always hated other weight benches that had a giant gap between the seat and backrest when laid flat at 180 degrees. It just wasn’t comfortable. This bench has a gap but much less pronounced which makes it better for presses, step ups, and other exercises. Finally, I also appreciate that it’s collapsible after removing three pins. You can store this in a small closet just fine. Overall a solid weight bench for a decent price and similar quality as others.
