When we assembled this bench I thought wow it is tiny. I imagine this will not work at all. I was pleasantly surprised to see it works perfectly. The smaller size makes it easy to store when not in use and when folded it transforms into a tiny out of the way life transforming device. Pardon me if I am overexcited. The caveat is I would not expect to use this comfortably if I was much taller. I ordered this for my 14 year old son. It fits him great. I am 5 foot 9 inches and I feel like I am bumping up against the upper size limits. It works very well for me but my head would hang off the top of the bench if I was a few inches over 6 feet. It is also very light for a workout bench but seems incredibly sturdy. If you are my height or smaller this is the perfect swiss army knife of workout benches.
