Dr. Lewis Maggio –
I’m truly surprised at how good this bench really is. The cushioning is nice and supportive making it comfortable during workouts. Assembly is simple, taking about 15 minutes and the tools needed (a couple of wrenches and screw driver) are included. This is a very good value.
Pattie Schaefer –
It seems pretty sturdy so far. The bended steel plates are pretty thick. It was surprisingly easy to assemble as well.
Rodrigo Skiles I –
Love it. Good quality. Easy build.

The media could not be loaded. So my physical fitness has been put on hold due to home renovations and a busy work from home schedule. And since I am someone over 50, I was looking for a workout bench that wouldn’t take up a lot of space in my basement gym but wanted to staying under two Ben franklins.I have to say, this bench fit the bill perfectly. I was able to complete Assembly with two identical wrenches, Allen L wrench and screwdriver that are all included which allowed me to finish in under 20 minutes with no trouble at all.I love how many exercises I can do with it with such a compact size. I wanted a workout bench, but also something with an ab component, so finding this two-in-one setup felt like a win. I noticed the bench is rock solid and doesn’t feel rickety in the slightest. The back legs have rising wheels with a grooved dial to help me level on my slanted basement floor.I don’t have the luxury of heading to a gym, so this bench is a space-saving fitness equipment that actually works. I’ve snagged some great deals on heavy weights, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Honestly, I’ve seen way better progress using free weights—and I absolutely prefer this bench over a huge and expensive all in one setup. My starts are 5’5” with a belly at 203 pounds and the adjustments suit me perfectly, as well as my 17-year-old when I set it to his height. One tip: check out workout guides online for the different sections of this bench. For example the handlebars can be used for a great ab exercise. I have not been working out for years, but I’ll admit I don’t always remember the names of all the moves—so let’s just call it “the ab dip move.”
