I have limited space in my basement and chose this in place of a weight bench. I can do split squats, 200lb hip thrusts, step ups, you name it. Dupe for the over priced Bret Contreras one. It’s so light but can handle weight!

Can’t wait to see more high-quality stuff from them! And its accessories are very professional, which has helped me to complete these training. I think these accessories need to cost 100 dollars, if you buy them separately.
