As a person with a slipped disc and 4 bulging along with 4 chronic pain diseases, I needed exercise now that my ability to walk is gone. I was very skeptical and decided to give this a try. The others seem so expensive and I wasn’t sure they would even lift my heart rate up. This absolutely raises up my heart and works out my muscles in my lower core as well as hips down. I can use a game chair on the floor or sit on my couch and do it whichever is easier on my back that particular day. This is a great workout and I am really glad I bought it. I started out very low tension for only 10 minutes to see how my back reacted. The only drawback is that the bases should be the same length as that would stop any slight wobble this unit has. All in all, the small wobble isn’t bad and the sound is so quiet I can do this and no one has to turn up the tv. Very heavy duty and good quality which I must admit surprised me for this price and I think this will last for a long time.

I’m a 52 yo woman and had no problem putting this bike together myself. The directions were clear and everything fit together well. All in all the bike is great. Very quiet and 10 levels of resistance to accommodate most fitness levels. The two cons are the 1st upright position is a little tight for anyone with a little fluff due to the position of the rear handlebars. I’ve been using it in the 2nd position which is considered semirecumbent but it’s really not. The other con is that it’s kind of a pain to unscrew the position knob Everytime you want to fold it or open it. It would be much easier if there were a push pin vs the screw in knob. It really is a nice design though and takes up very little room in the folded position. The electronic monitor makes changing the display very easy and it’s large enough to see without reading glasses ( for those of us over 40). Not sure if the resistance levels would challenge serious bicyclers, but I’d definitely recommend for beginners to moderate riders for a decent home workout.
