This product is a must have for anyone undergoing physical therapy due to an injury!This product was very easy to assemble; I didn’t have issues with the pedals as some reviewers complained about. Bike pedals are designed to tighten as you peddle. Thread them by hand until you can’t anymore and then tighten them with the provided wrench that way you don’t strip the thread.My unit has been pretty quiet but I have noticed an increase in sound when one leg is working hard then the other which is likely the result of the dominant leg pulling on the belt/fan.If you’ve suffered from a broken leg and you have a removable splint I’d highly suggest using a mini exercise bike even before your leg becomes weight barring again.

The bike works great but the computer arrived broken. Contacted the seller and they promised to replace it. Waited 2 weeks and contacted them again only to be told they didn’t have my contact info. Sent it to them and told them they had 10 days to get me the replacement or I would notify Amazon. Got the replacement in 7 days. The bike is great, customer service for this seller sucks.
