This is the 2nd peddle machine I’ve bought it is very similar to the 1st one but better built. I can’t go to a gym and workout so this lilttle machine not only keeps my legs strong but also my arms when I use it on a table top. Very good product and a lot of machine for the money.

Recovering from a total knee replacement, this is a good physical therapy device for range of motion. The resistance that you can dial in only goes so far, but for strictly range of motion, it does the job. The foam covering over the pedal arms tore when I got my shoe too close to the inside of the pedal. These are meant to last, just beware. Works great on the carpet with no slippage, so I don’t use the strap provided. Note that the instructions warn about the device getting too hot to touch with certain use. This tells me that the internal bearings (or whatever) are low grade. there is no servicing this that I can tell. I don’t plan on using this for years, so for the price it meets my needs. I didn’t want to invest in a full on exercise bike/clothes rack.
