This is a surprisingly good bike for the amount of money. Has all the feature I need to rehab my post-surgical knee. Bike is portable so I keep it out of the way and move it in front of the TV when in use. I can improve the flexibility of my knee for knee rehab. I watch the sports on TV as I am riding on it. The ride is smooth, and the flywheel helps with the momentum. Probably not as good as the 1000-dollar bikes but it just plain works.

i couldnt find the instructional video, i tried sesrching on youtube and tge web and couldnt find anything. But with common sense, it’s pretty easy to put together. Every was well packaged, so no of the pieces got knicked together while in transit or falling all over the place. Once it was pit together I gave it a spin, and noticed a burning like smell when I got to pedaling. Not a big deal as I’m sure you’ve gotta break it in. It didn’t hurt the performance of the bike. So far I would say it’s a bang for your buck if you are trying to get a coat efficient bike like me rather than a super expensive one. Oh I should add the size list perfect. It’s not too big so if you limited space like an apartment,this would fit perfect without getting in the way. If your hesitant to purchase this, don’t. It’s so worth it.

Before assembling the cycle check the E clock with batteries!After I assembled mine when I placed the batteries in it would not work. Amazon shipped me another cycle and I replaced it and works fine.Also note that you cannot change metric to imperial on the display.Otherwise I do like the design of the unit.
