One thing—if you are older and a bit in therapy need – expect a hard time in assembly…but you end up with a VERY sturdy unit. Used to treadmill and damaged both knees to where treadmill (Standing) over 30 minutes) was not helping the knees. The therapist I had used a bike this so you could adjust for a deeper flex of knees and up tension to get strength back in…this works as well as the one the Clinic uses. Also works your upper and lower gut, legs and hips—so 30 minutes on this is a great workout that gets around the issues I have. Heavy and thick construction—-enjoy.

Love this bike. I have been looking for a good recumbent bike for two years now that fits someone that is only 5 foot tall.. it fits perfectly. It runs very smooth and is absolutely perfectly quiet. I love it. One complaint from other people was the screen does not light up very well. All I did was bought a little clip on rechargeable, reading, light, and clipped to the top of the panel and it works perfect . I absolutely would highly recommend this bike and I have had four recumbent,bikes over the last 30 years this one I am very, very pleased with. I would highly recommend this bike.

I had the ‘room of choice delivery’. I was happy to not have to lug the big box to my bedroom. I started to assemble the unit and immediately ran into trouble. For the first item to work on, using piece #7, I could not find it! I rechecked the box and all of the stuff that I had taken out–not there. I came back to my computer and sat down to file a ‘missing part’ complaint with Amazon. The installation video was on the page and I decided to look at it, just for giggles. I immediate notice something. It showed that the arm, piece #7, was ALREADY ON THE UNIT!! I went back and looked at the unit and sure enough, the ‘missing’ piece #7 was attached!! I needed to remove it, for later work, which I did. The remainder of the install went easily, except for when I had to put the carriage bolts thru the seat mechanism. I had trouble finding the hole on the opposite side and had to keep jiggling the carriage bolt to locate the hole. That annoyed me! Time wise for construction I did not notice, as I had a football game on that I was watching, while constructing. I completed and sat down for a dry run. I found that the setting was set for the highest resistance and I had to lower that way back down. I adjusted the seat and off I went! I think that this item is a great buy for the cost, machine quality, and ease of construction. With the easy to read construction booklet, combined with the supplied video, you would really have to go wrong in constructing this item, unless I did initially, you just don’t pay attention.OH!! Have to mention this item. I loved the fact that they gave you the tools to construct the unit and had all of the nuts/bolts all labeled, on a sheet. That was perfect!

I love this bike the three times I’ve been able to use it. The display stopped working today. Tried to get help from Amazon and the only option was to disassemble the bike and ship it back. What a pain that will be! No way to contact the vendor for support. Guess I’m shipping it back.** Jan 19, 2025 Edit **Niceday contacted me a week ago and shipped me a replacement display. I installed it today and everything is working as expected. I am upgrading this to 5 stars based upon their feedback. As long as it stays working, I will not change it from 5 stars. Thank you Niceday!
