My wife and I have been using this bike for several weeks now. Overall we are very happy with it. Unlike some of the other reviews, there were no issues with the fit of the components or alignment of the flywheel. It all went together easily. The assembly instructions are good, and the available YouTube assembly video is excellent.Operation is straight forward, there are a couple of preset workouts as well as manual setting for resistance with buttons on the panel. In use the bike is very quiet. It does have blutooth to sync up to a workout app, though I haven’t tried that yet.The bike comes with a road style (narrow) saddle, which we did not find comfortable and purchased a wider seat to replace it. The pedals are good, with a plastic toe cage on one side (removable) and a cleat for clip in style bike shoes on the other. I ended up replacing the pedals for mountain bike style to match my real bike.Adjusting the seat and handlebars between users is very easy, though I do wish the handlebars came up a little higher and the seat would slide back a little bit more.These upgrades are not a reason for me to ding the rating as it not possible to make an exercise bike that is comfortable to all people with the stock seat and pedals.

Update after three weeks of ownership and ridingThe resistance needed some adjustment. I contacted horizon tech support and had a bike technician come out, make necessary adjustments and replace the a couple of parts. It works great now and I’m glad I purchased from a company that has 1 year in-home repair.Initial setupWell packaged and excellent, easy to follow instructions to put together. Able to assemble myself following step by step directions. All the pieces fit perfectly and screw holes all lined up. The screws and washers were packaged to match the steps in the directions so you won’t get the have to guess which screw goes where. The outer box even has lines to show you how to cut the box open to most easily remove the bike and parts. The bike and finish are perfect. Very impressed.Smooth riding and super quiet and so far everything works perfectly. Seat is well padded but on the small side which makes it uncomfortable for me. Easy to replace with any standard bike seat. You can move the handlebars back and forth and up and down so you can really get the bike set up to fit the way you like to ride. Included bike computer gives you all the stats you need without paying for a subscription. Has Bluetooth so you connect to a subscription service if you want.
