I highly recommend this exercise bike! It’s good for elders and adults who are willing to do the easy workouts. I used to have an exercise bike like the one in the gym, but too tense for my knees and spine. This less stress bike is perfect match for me, I put it in front of the TV, I can do the workout when I watch TV, no noise at all!
