I don’t get the big whoof about it being friction resistance. Yea it does make noise, but it’s not obnoxiously loud or noticeable, especially if you put on music or a movie while biking. If you hear a noise besides the wheel rubbing against the friction pad, the bike is probably faulty. I do agree its not for tall people as the seat and handle don’t have many adjustable options.

This exercise bike has been a great addition in our workout room. I love being able to get an extra cardio workout at home. It was very easy to assemble, it comes with step-by-step directions to complete it. It can be a one person job for sure. It is incredibly quiet and operates so smoothly. The seat is very comfortable which is important to me as a good cardio workout will take me 45 minutes to an hour. The LCD monitor is easy to read and displays many features such as speed, distance, odometer, calories burnt and also a pulse reading. The caged pedals make sure you are safe while cycling, it keeps your feet securely in place. The pedals glide smoothly. You can also choose your resistance for your workouts, I like that it can be adjusted as my husband and I both use this and we both have a different resistance level, so it’s nice that it can accommodate both of us. We have a room for the bike but if it ever needs to be relocated it has wheels that makes transporting it a cinch. It operates very quietly so I can also use it in the early morning without waking anyone in the house.
