The media could not be loaded. Not too bad to assemble, instructions are a bit sparse but adequate. My first exercise was the assembly itself about 2 hours later and all done. Works well and I will use it at least 15-20 minutes a day.21 May 2021 Update: We had a failure of the on board computer on April 25th, 2021. I was still able to use the bike, just unable to use timer or the pulse monitoring computer. At first I thought it was just the batteries but after replacing them with fresh ones we found that this wasn’t the issue. As it was within the 6 month warranty, I called customer service and was told that it wasn’t any problem and that I needed to fill out an on line warranty service ticket and a new computer would be sent out. I did so and the warranty parts folks aksed for proof of purchase to verify the warranty period an a brief video of the issue. I showed a vid of me installing new batteries and the computer screen remaining blank. I showed my attempts at resetting the device and that no function resulted. They agreed a new computer was needed and sent one out within a week. They advised that it may take up to 5 weeks to get it but I received it on 5/20/2021 three weeks after shipping date. The repair was simple 4 screws and 3 plugs and we were back in business. All in all the warranty service requests were reasonable for documentation and the replacement part shipment was prompt. I was pleased with the outcome and getting my unit back to it’s original condition.7/21/2021 Update to review. Unfortunately yesterday evening we had a ferocious thunderstorm in our area an a strike happened very close to our home. Today when we tried to use the bike the on board computer was fried again. This may be what took it out last time, I don’t know for sure though. I purchased the Asurion 2 year warranty when I bought the bike in case of mechanical failure with all the parts this bike has and it also covers electronic equipment attached to the bike. I filed a claim expecting a replacement on board computer but Asurion opted to Fully Refund the purchase price of the bike. They also advised that they do not require the return of the bike at all do to the cost of retuning the unit and that we may keep it or donate it or otherwise dispose of it as we see fit. I was very pleased and happy that I took out the warranty.

Great bike so far. It took two an 1 1/2 hrs to put together. They are very good at assembling. So expect this . It is helping a lot already. The price was reasonable and I’m glad it was money well spent. Thank you.

Purchased in Jan 2024 and have owned 13 months upon writing this. Perfect for my needs and has performed great. I am a 65 YO female, was a strong athlete til 57 or so when life caught up with me — 2 knee replacements, fibromyalgia, balance issues, arthritis, cervical surgery, and finally a fall off a ladder breaking 2 vertebrae 18 months ago. This machine, along with continuing my PT exercises at home, has been a life-changer. It is comfortable, has been dependable, and is set up right in my family room where I can watch TV to help combat occasional lack of motivation. i do arm exercises w/ light hand weights rather than using the machine’s arm devices as I feel I this provides more strength training. My ONLY dissatisfaction is that the machine could use higher resistance for the legs. Even with my health issues I have had this set at the highest level since Day 1. It works for me as I live with chronic pain so I am using it more to limber up in the morning and to build endurance/balance. It has helped with all three, and I thing this a great machine for those who are aging, who are starting a new weight-loss journey, or who have neuro/ortho/auto-immune/balance issues. It may not be enough for higher-level athletes or heavier individuals over 200 pounds or so (hence, 4 stars not 5). I have had no mechanical issues to date using it 25 minutes about 4 days a week. My husband assembled easily, but he is an engineer so…. go figure. Hope this helps somebody out there!! BTW, this is my second mid-level Sunny machine. I also own a small stepper/climber (definitely has more resistance!!), and both have served this ole’ lady well 🙂
