Not exactly what I wanted, so no fault of the ball, just the details provided from the company websites, and assorted 3rd. party aren’t as detailed as needed. Seems sturdy enough, as I clamp between my knees, mostly doing kip-ups, so quality seems fine. Personally don’t love the sand moving within, but I see most balls are like this. The two things I don’t like, are the surface, which seems a tad slippery between my knees and does slip out, under pressure, and the ball squeezing in too much. Happy for the money, but i’ve used versions in PT that had, while not a ‘sticky’ surface, a more grippy surface and seemed to have less give. I would recommend these to people who need to use these for most uses. I would say the version I purchased was a little heavier than I needed for Kip-up core exercise but fine. Recommended
