Really great product! The best packaging and assembly was easy as anything I’ve had to assemble! Hands down! Took less than 30 minutes and everything was marked to make it simple! Even the hardware was marked for each step and tools were provided. As far as the bench it is structurally built well and will help with many new exercises I plan to use it for. Storage is pretty good as well! A+++++

I like the extra width of not only the bench itself but also the legs. If you want a sturdy feeling bench that’s also not too heavy to easilly move around, this is a great choice. If you want something fairly compact for easy storage in somewhat limited storage spaces like a small closet, or under a bed, this isn’t for you.The assembly was pretty simple, and should take most people around 20-30 minutes.

The square tubing frame is thin. So if you buy it don’t over tighten the bolts. This is the only area I think that is not good. Other wise this bench is hard to beat for what I paid. Especially for the weight limit it has. The back is pretty solid the seat has a tad of side to side play as the inclined leg for it that adjusts the seat. It’s not as stable as more expensive adjustable bench seats it has a narrow contact to the frame. If it had a wider base to contact the frame it would be more stable. It’s good though for my purpose. I lift free weights 3x a week 1 hour or more each session. This bench is new to me. I don’t know about longevity yet. It seems well made. It is easy to put together. Instructions are easy and straightforward. 15 to 25 minutes to assemble.It’s lightweight for how it looks. Feels decently solid while I’m on it. I’m over 300 lbs I’m working on that. The bench is qaulity and if it holds up over the coming years I’ll be very pleased. I’m glad I found this bench thanks.
