I am not a professional jump roper. But, this rope would make any pro, pull it our of their bag and loudly proclaim “TaaaDaaah” This rope is top notch and high qualityNow the truth, I bought the rope to use as a clothes line when I go camping. Everything sold as a clothes line disintegrates in a year or two. So one day looking at my solo 5 foot jump rope hanging in the same spot I hung it 3 years ago, I had an Aaaa Hah moment.I went camping this weekend and tied the rope up between two trees. I hear a squeaky voice ask. “Is that is a double dutch rope”? Honestly not a clue, last time I encountered a double dutch was 40 years ago when I forgot my wallet and she paid for dinner.Man oh man those three little kids did though, and somehow had me talked out of it in 10 seconds flat. Not sure how but child’s laughter attracts other children.At one point I counted 9 kids and 3 adults skipping clothes line. So I figure if a dozen strangers can turn this jump rope into hours of fun, I think you are making the right decision to buy one for the reason it is intended to be used for, jumping rope. In fact after finally googling double dutch, you should buy two.
