The set up was easy. I’ve used it every other day for a little over a month. I was not expecting the extreme versatility. I can do oblique crunches very easy as well as back hyperextensions. However my buddy who is bigger than I am was not able to comfortable fit his legs in to be able to do either of those. So, I think it will depend on body size and flexibility a little.I love the preacher pad, which I was a little unsure about. Both for obliques and back as well as bicep curls. I really wish it was easily removed. Additionally, I wish the knee bar was welded – not screwed.I’ve never used the leg extension. So, no comments there. The exercise bands that were included are super cheap and basically useless. I threw those away. Additionally, slightly wider base at the head would improve stability, but not a big deal. If you were sloppy in your workout, it could be.Overall very good, very versatile machine. I like it a lot. It was a great buy. Couple tweaks would make it perfect.
