The LCD monitor displays all the necessary information, including speed, distance, time, and calories burned. I appreciate that the bike comes with a heart rate monitor, which helps me keep track of my cardiovascular fitness. Its made pretty solid, does have some decent weight to the pedal body. Sits nice and sturdy and the seat is extremely comfortable and soft on log rides. The resistance is decent for a home gym setup. Doesn’t take up much room once set up. The apparatus is adjustable for short and tall riders. It displays workout metrics such as speed, distance, time, calories burned, and heart rate.

Product as advertised. Popular mechanicsreview called it solid and quiet, and that iswhat you get. Assembly is straight forwardand will take 30 -45 minutes. Fitment of partis good and directions clear.The ride is comfortable, but users over @6′ 1″ may find the seat a little low. Resistantadjustments may not be challenging enough for some users, but the big plusfor me is the roll out and fold away design.I am 77 years old and not training fora marathon, just keeping in shape.Display monitor is basic and functional.Given the price this is an excellent product.
