Came partly constructed , atfirst I thought it was missing parts but it had everything necessary, it was just pre bolted in some parts .I only gave it 4 stars bc the rubber feet like many other amazon products have this gross chemical scent to them and may be overwhelming depending on the person.It’s superior to other versions out there bc you can adjust not just the length for the pads but ALSO how wide the pads sit, so you can accommodate for your body the spacing in between and how the pads sit on your thighs.Also another improvement from other devices is that you can not just select pad length but the angle up or down , so a steeper or lower angle, which is a big deal, as opposed to other solid Roman chairs that are stuck on one angle .It doesn’t seem indestructible but it seems fine. Also it folds up . Good features . Nice looking metal design . Easy to put together, instructions could be clearer though

I had to return this item bc I am heavy and the ankle cushion device wasn’t working out for me. Overall was satisfied with the craftsmanship of the machine and thought the materials were heavy. It came partial assembled which made assembly easy. I did think they could have done a better job with the instructions.
