To clarify the title, I originally bought the XL size for myself, a medium size for my friend, and 3XL size for myself once again. In 2024, the year I ordered this sauna suit, I was 250 pounds and finally decided to lose weight due to Dragon Ball’s author Akira Toriyama’s passing. I tried on the XL suit and it was fitted on me because I thought it would be loose. But ended up wearing it and it made me sweat A LOT. However, my commitment to fitness was lackluster, though I was still serious about it, because I was still 250 pounds. I ended up giving away the XL suit to my friend and she liked it due to the fact it gives her more flexibility to move around.That’s when I ordered the 3XL suit and it worked out perfectly for me – and still does! Since this new year (2025 to clarify depending on whenever you, the reader, see this review), I finally took fitness and training seriously along with changing my diet for the better. As of this writing, I went from 250 to between 218 and 220, as my goal is to get to 200 pounds before the end of this year.If you need a high quality sauna suit to wear for workouts and training, this one is for you!

Excellent! Very good quality. I have purchased sweat suits in the past and the quality was not there. Invariably, the pants tore, and the elastics on the sleeves stretched. This sweat suit is times better than I expected and all I can say is that “I love it”! I am 6’3″ and weigh 310 lbs. I ordered the 4X size and it fit me perfect. The sleeves are a little long on both the pants and the jacket, but with the elastic (and velcro adjustment) it fits great. It has a feel as if the rubber was combined with material, so the suit does not stick to you like cheaper suits. Very, very, pleased!!
