Great, sturdy bench. I did my research and this was well worth a few extra dollars. Most preacher curl bench reviews complained that the elbow pad was too narrow or that it wasn’t sturdy for heavy weights. The elbow pad has a thick sturdy metal plate that runs 3 quarters the length of the pad. Deltech has two different preacher curl benches, DF306 and DF308, for practically the same price. I went back and forth and finally chose the DF308. Both had similar characteristics. The big difference is the weight stand arms – square shape versus u-shape. The u-shape is sturdy with no rocking. Assembly took a whole ten minutes with a socket wrench. Deltech does provide two solid wrenches in the package. Great addition to my garage gym.

Product is very sturdy, easy to put together and is very wide at the pad itself. Lots of other products had complaints of the elbow pad being too narrow. I would say this is comparable to equipment in an expensive gym. Highly recommended.
