I’m impressed with the quality so far, I’ve only had this a short time. The pads are covered and they aren’t cheap and soft. So far this is well worth the price and highly recommended.

I have 3 pieces of Deltech equipment (preacher curl, bench press & incline sit up benches. All are well engineered, solidly built and uncomplicated to assemble. The weight bench has a wide stance. I exercise alone so doing bench press’s is safer compared to using my old York bench purchased in 1964.

I purchased it to help strengthen my core and lose weight as I have gained a lot of stomach weight (100 pounds) in the last 3 years (that “Covid 20” turned into a “Covid 100” for me)Let me tell you, this thing is top notch quality. When I was younger I used the nautilus version of this equipment to strengthen my core as I played football. This is a lot better quality than the nautilus and a lot bigger too (meant for XXL people)I am a 390 pound 6’2” man. The first notch of adjustment is a bit of a challenge for me but it works. I felt the burn after just 5 reps. I will say that the bench could be a bit wider and also the foam things where you lock in your legs could be a bit wider for comfort and stability but I can manage.I am more than satisfied with this product. It is very easy to assemble and comes with some really good chrome vanadium wrenches that can be used for other projects down the road or mechanic work if you do that. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and look forward to the core workouts to get me back in shape.
