The bike arrives in a 145lb box. So truly encourage you to built where it’s going to be set up. It’s heavy. Assembly was smooth and had all of the pieces.Bike is smooth to ride on and easy to adjust the weighted wheel. Great ride to pair with cycling apps or going at your own speed/pace.

Beautiful and spectacular to look at the Efitmem Cycling bike is digitized, a smooth ride with a tension builder button and quick STOP. The weight of the bike heavier than expected, very sturdy and seriously geared for sports training with 48 lbs flywheel. Nothing but a smooth smooth ride. I do wish there was an app for the bike on the phone, Roku TV or Prime TV even through subscription for motivation and creating a workout plan: weightloss, tour de force (intensity), leisure, mountain etc. are but some categories for consideration with a new app. Please.The bike arrived in new condition despite the box appearing aged or wet and worn. Everything arrived new. Missing 2 small screws for the bottle holder, I did have extra from something else so will use those screws instead. Lovely! THX.The bike arrived within 7 days time.The box arrived super dirty and damaged. Heavy item, left outside and not in the porch. So glad it arrived. I do have a very small porch.Over all I’m very satisfied with the purchase. Thanks for the joy this will bring. Happy Holidays. .

The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because the seat is not stable. I have to tighten the seat after each use because it keeps coming lose. During my first ride the seat came off. I reached out to customer service and they were very quick to respond and sent me a video on how to install. But it’s still gets lose after my workout. Overall this is a great bike and has everything I need. I purchased a different peddle do I can click in with my shoes and customer service sent me a few recommendations that works with the bike. I do Peloton and was not willing to pay Peloton price and this bike covers it. Love how smooth the ride is and very stable. I definitely will recommend this product. FYI set up where the bike is going to be! This bike is heavy and the package is heavy also. Enjoy your ride!

It took about 2 weeks to receive the bike. Came in a box and was extremely heavy!!! But that’s one of the main reasons I ordered it, heavy flywheel. Assembly wasn’t too bad. I would definitely suggest building it where you plan on keeping it, especially if you’re putting it upstairs like me. I did a small 15 min. workout today and it was a very smooth ride! Not noisy at all, honestly I love the sound of a moving wheel. Nothing overly extra about the bike but just another reason why I really liked it. Overall, I’m excited to have this in my home!!!
