I’ll start with the only slight negative- the clip on the included resistance bands is hard plastic and difficult to clip/unclip to the hook built into the bench. Otherwise, the quality of the bench itself is excellent. The incline feature is quick & easy to adjust (no pins or handles to pull or unscrew- just move to the desired position). The bench comes partly assembled, and the user-part is easy enough to understand from the instructions. Very nice bench at a good price.

I searched for foldable benches to add to my home gym that is good for the money . After a long search I came across at this well built bench that is not pricey as similar benches. The assembly did not take long. The bench is very strong and good looking. It looks like it is made with a strong material. It is easy to adjust when exercising. It is also long enough for for my height. Easy to fold and fits small space.

Husbands review: I’ve been looking at a foldable bench for a couple months now and trying to find a great price matched with value. I landed on this one. I weigh 185-190 and lift pretty heavy but not anything like a powerlifter. I’ve been using a golds gym 5.9 bench for dumbbells and made it work but it’s way too small, doesn’t fold, and wobbles.This bench is comfortable, does NOT wobble whatsoever, and very quick as well as easy to adjust. It’s also gorgeous! I’ve looked at every bench on amazon under 200 bucks and after a LONG time deliberating ended on this one. It’s got a 900lb capacity and I kept seeing the words, “stable”, in the reviews. More than in any other bench in this class so I pulled the trigger.Assembly took maybe a half hour and that’s with a lot of distractions. I was also too lazy to go downstairs and grab my socket wrench (used the supplied wrench). I’d say it would takw 15 minutes if you’re used to reading instructions and use a better wrench (still appreciate them providing one).It’s very comfortable (way more than my other adjustable bench and my barbell bench as well). It’s huge so if you’re tall like me (6ft) you’ll appreciate the headrest. Adjusting footpads are a great feature too.The feet are wider than many adjustable benches which provide better base stability and this thing does NOT rock at all. Not even on carpet.I’m very impressed with this bench for its sturdiness, aesthetics, quick and easy adjustability and storage. Awesome bench. Fantastic price.
