I have been riding this to work and back everyday and get lots of comments and compliments from other pedestrians, drivers, cyclists and, of course, my friends and colleagues. After one week of using it, I’ve lost four pounds that I did not even plan to lose. Lol… After riding the Me-Mover, I have energy, stamina and a great feeling of well-being.On a practical note, it is very difficult to fall off of the Me-Mover, even if you try to. The straps for your feet are designed in such a way that you can step out of them without taking them off – you just need to apply a quick burst of pressure to the straps. Very good breaks. Sleek and modern design, very sturdy wheels. I am 5’4″ and 150Lbs and I feel perfectly stable on this bike. An excellent piece of equipment.I got it with the stand for using it has a stationary indoor bike as well, so I will be using my Me-Mover all year round. I think I’m going to start a trend here, in my town, and we may soon have a little Me-Mover fleet. : ) I am Me-Moving and shaking things in my neighborhood. I highly recommend it.
