Great home bench! Sturdy. No wobble. Feels secure. Only 4 main pieces. The bench pad, the frame and 2 legs. The frame and the legs are heavy duty solid units made of black metal. Every hole lines up. The 3 assembly plates, the bolts and nuts are quality materials. Easy to build. Super impressed! A great find!

Got this for my brother. My dad assembled it and it was pretty straightforward to assemble. Two things he noted were that the metal brackets that mount the seat to the metal frame have a non-recessed bolt that connects the bracket to the frame. This in turn causes the rounded head to stick up and hit the bottom of the seat and when you attach the seat to the brackets they will bend as you tighten them up. However, in doing so you need to be careful because the wood that appears to frame the seat underside can split as did in one location. This has not affected the functionality thus far and my brother has used it daily.For reference, he is 13, 120lbs and 5’6″. He uses 10lb and 20lb dumbells on it.

Now that we are empty nesters my husband has turned an upstairs bedroom into his workout room. This bench works perfectly in there and it looks very professional. It was easy to assemble and it only took my husband a few minutes to get everything together. It says it has a 600-pound weight limit, but my husband felt he was pushing the limit the he was using heavier weights. It just feels a tiny bit unsteady. But, for the price, this has been a great addition to our home gym.
